Cookies!
I LOVE the chewy chocolate cookie receipt from an old Cooks magazine we have. I pulled it out last night and we had a fun treat.
Sadly I did not have the 2 eggs it required and all the neighbors were out. So the texture of the cookies is a little off...dry. Who knew the second egg yolk is so important :) Ohh...the trials of learning about baking....
