Thanksgiving Test Run

So we did the run today, as sacrifice to all who are going to be here on Thanksgiving. We went to Savenors yesterday, and bought a 3-4 bone standing rib roast, and did the cooking today in the BGW. It has a "favor paste" to start, then a glaze at the end, and is cooked at 275 with some smoking as well.

It looked pretty tasty, so as part of our duties, we forced ourselves to open some wine, and sat down for dinner.

It was great. A definite for Thanksgiving. The meat was like butter, flavorful, and had a slight smoky flavor. The carrots were good too, and a definite as well.

At the end Mom was struggling to finish. Look at the size of her cut:

And if there is a ny doubt, Baskin, who was acting as the impartial judge approved.
